TESTIMONIALS
“David initially worked as an Acquisition Consultant. Due to his outstanding performance I decided to appoint him as my Property Director. He has a proven track record of restaurant acquisitions, extensive knowledge of the UK, good established network of agents and developers, with vast experience in dealing with lease negotiations. We have developed an extremely strong acquisition pipeline to ensure the continued rapid growth of the company.”
— Jonathan Kaye Former Chief Executive of Prezzo PLC
"David was our Interim Property Director and dealt with the disposal of 30 plus leasehold restaurants in a tight timescale. This involved negotiations with purchasers, landlords and other stakeholders and required extensive knowledge of the market, property values and legal process. He is a leading property consultant in the leisure market and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any property acquisition or disposal work."
— William Rollason Former Chief Executive and Chairman Paramount Restaurants
“David worked with us and was very much part of our team. He is professional, trustworthy, commercial and gets things done. He has acted for us on acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews. His advice and expertise were invaluable in dealing with the property due diligence in the group acquisitions of Balls Brothers and Soho Clubs & Bars. This also included extensive negotiations with landlords often resulting in improved rent and lease terms.”
— David Lodge Former Property Director Novus Leisure
“David was appointed to assist in the property due diligence for the acquisition of Harry Ramsden’s and to advise on a strategy to dispose of non core properties post acquisition.
His expertise, experience, commercial approach, sense of urgency and desire to “get the job done” have been invaluable in negotiating with landlords and their agents in surrendering a number of leases.
In addition he has negotiated improved lease terms on a number of the retained restaurants and smoothed the way for assignments to take place within agreed timescales”
