We offer exceptional levels of service in acquisitions, disposals and management working closely with a small number of retained clients on a consultancy or interim management basis. TRACK RECORD
Acquisitions.
We have acquired in excess of 250 new sites for our pub, restaurant and care clients. These consisted of freeholds, leaseholds, new builds, conversions and going concerns.
Disposals.
In excess of 100 disposals for our restaurant and pub clients. Including the sale of Novus Leisure’s Long acre site to Five Guys for their first UK Flagship.
Management and Advice.
Restructured and re-geared leases for restaurant clients. Focused on reducing costs and adding value.
Obtaining 90 Landlord’s consents for the assignment of leases to Stonegate Pub Company on behalf of TDR Capital/Stonegate.
Oversaw and managed refurbishment programme for over 20 Bills Restaurants.
Acting as Property Director for the Prezzo plc estate managing over 300 restaurants.
Advised and performed property due diligence in the acquisition of Balls Brothers (17 wine bars) and Soho Clubs & Bars (6 bars in central London) for Novus Leisure.
Advised and conducted property due diligence in the acquisition of Harry Ramsden’s by Deep Blue Restaurants ltd.
Created and implemented acquisition and real estate strategy for emerging and existing brands.
